You will deliver varieties of spa services to the cutomers which are ; body treatments, massage, facials waxing and manicure/pedicure in a safe and comfortable manner. To be succesful in this job position, you should posses amaizing customer service skills with the ability to understand customers’ needs but also maintaining hygiene standards of the spa.

A qualified Spa Therapist to provide professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments to our clients. You will offer a full range of treatments to fulfill different client needs and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
v Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner
v Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products
v Keep a clean and stocked room
v Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations
v Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
v Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
v Cooperate with and report on administration on any arising issues
v Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends
Requirements and skills
v Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist
v Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies
v Experience in sales will be considered an asset
v Excellent knowledge of Kiswahili and English language
v Communication and customer service skills
v Positive attitude
v User level computer skills
