DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i. Receives new materials
ii. Circulation of work related duties.
iii. Handles simple enquiries from readers
iv. Undertakes bibliographical searching.
v. Performs more routine and clerical duties e.g. attending enquiries from readers, bibliographical searching;
vi. Collects library statistics.
vii. Performing any other related duties as may be assigned by supervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of Certificate in Library and Information Studies, Library Studies, Library and Information Science, Information Studies, Documentation and Information Management or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution. The candidate must be computer literate
