Position: Receptionist/Building Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Guest and Tenant Relations: Greet guests and prospective tenants, providing exceptional service and maintaining positive relationships.
- Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operation and upkeep of the apartment building, ensuring smooth running of all services.
- Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise the building staff, including security guards, gardeners, and cleaners, ensuring their performance aligns with company standards.
- Tenant Support: Respond promptly to maintenance requests and other tenant needs, addressing concerns effectively and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
- Administrative Duties: Handle internal billing and day-to-day administration tasks to ensure efficient facility management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A diploma in a related field.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Additional Requirements: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
